2004 is a leap year during the 2000s. It is the 8th year for Arthur and the first for Postcards from Buster. The first half of Season 1 of Postcards from Buster aired during October and November of that year while the first half of Season 9 also aired during December of that year. During that year, Cinar also re-branded as Cookie Jar Entertainment.
