Arthur Holden (born August 28, 1959) is a Canadian actor who voiced Mr. Ratburn and several minor roles.
Holden originally auditioned for the role of Arthur (prior to the decision to have Arthur voiced by an actual child), but during the initial interview Carol Greenwald found his style of speaking was more appropriate for Mr. Ratburn.[1]
