Buster makes a third visit to Louisiana after hearing about the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. Along with other Elwood City friends and families, he brings food and clothing to help out the survivors. Buster's family and Arthur's watch his video postcard of his previous Louisiana trip and they learn about what had happened them during Katrina and how their lives have changed.

This episode was released a year and a half after Hurricane Katrina. It is the only episode in which Buster visits individuals from a previous episode again.
Buster first visits Dylan's family in Slidell in "Bayou, By Me," and Brittany's family and Niya's family in New Orleans in "The Music Mystery."
Hurricane Katrina made landfall near Buras, Louisiana, and Slidell, Louisiana, on August 29, 2005, and caused devastating flooding as a result of levee failures in New Orleans. The storm also made landfall near Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a few days before crossing into the Gulf of Mexico and its more destructive impact on Louisiana and Mississippi.

This is the last episode in which Cameron Ansell voices Arthur.
Some program guides title this episode "Return to Louisiana."
"Sing Along with Claudio"
The sheet music on the Read's piano is titled "Sing Along with Claudio", which is a reference to Claudio Ragazzi, who composed, arranged, and produced the music for the Los Viajeros songs in each Postcards from Buster episode.
