"The Substitute Arthur"
"The Tardy Tumbler"
After George has a lucky streak, his friends pressure him to wish for a snow day. Can George deliver? Or is he out of luck?
One day, George and his friends are watching for the first snowflake outside of their school. Buster calls it, but it is a piece of lint. As George's friends disappear into the school, George finds the first snowflake but is reprimanded by Mr. Ratburn as he runs through the halls.
Buster, Binky, and Francine are walking down a street when Buster notices dandelions in the sidewalk crack. He gives one to George and tells him to make a wish. George wishes for cupcakes, and as they walk down the street they see the opening of a new cupcake store. The next day, George is invited to Jenna Morgan's birthday party to make her wish of getting a pony come true. When Prunella protests against George blowing out Jenna's birthday candles, George is then pushed to make it a snow day.
He is brought to a fountain and told to toss a coin onto the ice. It just barely stays on, and George has little time to make a wish. His wish is not said, but the next day when he wakes up, snow is heavily falling. He admits to his friends he did not wish for snow, and instead tells Buster he wished for a great rest of the year. It ends with a snowball fight.
