"Charles" is the name Arthur gave to a Poogle he purchased. Unable to find a Woogle, he bought Charles thinking it was a Woogle. He made up its name when he showed it to Muffy and Francine. Upset that it was not a real Woogle, he gave it away to the triplet babies, but eventually got it back.
