The Compson family's house is a two-story home in Elwood City. It is where Ladonna and Bud reside, along with their parents, Rufus and Cisely, and older siblings, Gussie and Madison. The family moves into the house in "Based on a True Story," after previously living in a home in Louisiana.
In total, the family spends no more than one year living at this house. As of "When Duty Calls," the family no longer lives in Elwood City. They relocate to Oregon for Rufus' military career.
