Delta Omega[1] appears in the introduction to "To Tibble the Truth". She is a lookalike of D.W.
In ancient Greece, Diogenes asks Delta Omega's brother if he is an honest man. The boy thinks so, but Delta Omega tells Diogenes that he is not because he stole her snowball. Instead, she points Diogenes to a cave in which the Tibbles live. They claim to be honest, but break Diogenes' lamp.
