Devan Cohen (born December 17, 2004) is a Canadian child voice actor who is the voice actor for Tommy Tibble from Season 20 to 22. Some of Cohen's non-Arthur roles include Rubble on PAW Patrol and Daniel Tiger from Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, the latter of which he replaced Jake Beale, who voiced D.W. in Seasons 16 and 17.
