Mr. Elderberry is a clerk at the ice cream shop Yumbobo. His real name is not revealed and he does not talk on the show.
It is Mr. Elderberry's job to serve ice-cream which customers oder from his colleague Mustard Seed. After the Powers' ice-cream shop gets back its customers thanks to Brain's Blending Lab, Elderberry and Mustard Seed visit the Powers' shop in disguise.
