The Elwood City Art Museum is a fictional museum in Elwood City. Ms. Bryan's Art Class (basically Mr. Ratburn's class) took a field trip to the museum, in Binky Barnes, Art Expert, and it was one of the main places in the episode. The museum has paintings such as Washington Crossing the Delaware by Emanual Leutze and Whistler's Mother by James McNeil Whistler, despite the fact that it is impossible for the museum to own them because they are in different galleries.

Binky thought that one of their abstract paintings was hanging sideways, but Buster and Arthur did not believe him. Binky was the one who turned out to be correct despite everybody doubting what he thought.
