Fluff McGuffin is a toy puffin that D.W. wants for her fifth birthday in "D.W. and the Beastly Birthday". D.W. calls it "Fluff McGuffin the magic puffin." After hinting about it several times to her family, it is Arthur who remembers that she wants it so badly, and he gets it for her from David's Toys.
Fluff McGuffin returns in "D.W. and Dr. Whosit," when D.W. is shown playing with it in a flashback. She also brings it on the road trip to the family farm in "The Rhythm and Roots of Arthur" where D.W. reveals that Fluff is the younger twin sister of Uni, separated by one milla-billa second.
