Guam is a territory of the United States in the western Pacific Ocean. It is the largest and southernmost of the Mariana islands. It is largely shaped by Spanish colonial history as well as modern American influences. While its culture is mostly comprised of individuals of Pacific Islander, Asian, and Wester descent, the territory is also largely comprised of U.S. military bases and other governmental activities and organizations.
In the Arthur series, Ladonna and her family resided in Guam before living in Louisiana.[1]
