Horatio is an explorer who features in Sue Ellen’s fantasy in the episode “The Secret Guardians”. He is a member of the Explorer’s Club and has discovered Mount Kellymora, which is even higher than Mount Everest.
He is present when Sue Ellen tries to join the club, but is thrown out, because she has only one arrowhead as evidence for the lost civilization of Arsubia.
