Hover Park was a location in Arthur Read's dream while he was asleep at the Elwood City Planetarium. In his dream, he had been transported four years into the future. It offers simulated hoverboard rides, similar to indoor skydiving simulations. 9 year old Dora has a HoverPass she uses for the ride.

You slide the card and then a board is being given to you and you have approximately one minute to go on the ride on zero gravity. After a minute, the wind from the holes turn off and you land on blue cushions. After that you can exit the door that is from the left side of the field.
