"It's OK to Be Worried" is the ninth digital short from Arthur. The video was officially released on social media and the PBS Kids website on May 1, 2023. The release coincided with Mental Health Awareness Month.[1]

Arthur, Buster, and Francine are each feeling nervous today, but with Mr. Ratburn's help them learn about different ways they can calm themselves down when they're feeling anxious.
