Mark Camacho (born April 12, 1964, in Montreal) is a Canadian film, television and voice actor who voiced Oliver Frensky. He also voiced an unnamed security guard in Arthur's Perfect Christmas, Mr. Sipple and Oswald in "The Friend Who Wasn't There." He is the real-life father of Jesse Camacho.[citation needed]
