Mill Creek Mall is a mall located on the northwest side of Elwood City. Inside it contains many stores and amenities that serve the city. From toys to clothing to school supplies, the mall is the epicenter of retail in Elwood City. Muffy once stated that it is the largest mall in Elwood City.
