"Mr. Alwaysright" is the second half of the seventh episode in the eleventh season of Arthur.

Summary

Annoyed that Brain always seems to be right about everything, Buster becomes determined to catch him in a mistake.

When Arthur says, "Fortunately, no one is ever right about everything," Brain calls his sentence "poorly constructed", and says that using both "ever" and "always" is redundant. However, Arthur did not say "always" when he spoke.
When Brain was playing baseball, the umpire called the first two pitches a "strike". Since Brain did not swing the bat, the correct term would be a "ball".
Brain's comment to not end sentences in prepositions is archaic; ending in a preposition is perfectly fine in modern English.
This episode has to take place around 1993, as when Buster "quizzes" Brain with the atlas, he asks him what the capitol of Czechoslovakia is, and Brain replies that Czechoslovakia doesn't exist anymore and was split into the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which took place around 1992-1993^[3]
- Also, when Buster says Brain was wrong, Brain tells him that the atlas he showed him was the older one, and the new one was on the library podium, showing that it had been replaced very recently
