Mustard Seed is the guide at the ice cream shop Yumbobo. Her real name is not revealed.
As a guide, it is her job to greet each new customer with his number (e.g. Brain is the 62nd customer) and help him with the ordering process.
Mustard Seed appears friendly and cheerful and often says "Yay!" while clapping her hands. However, she quickly loses her friendliness when Brain inists that Yumbobo's Tahitian Trance is simply vanilla ice-cream. In Brain's fantasy, she bullies Mrs. Powers when she is forced to work at Yumbobo.
After the Powers' ice-cream shop gets its customers back thanks to Brain's Blending Lab, she and her colleague Mr. Elderberry visit the Powers' shop in disguise.
