PBS KIDS Talk About: Race and Racism, a special half-hour program from PBS KIDS, was released October 9, 2020.[1] It was hosted by writer, activist and National Youth Poet Laureate, Amanda Gorman. Kids and their parents discussed what the word "race" means, what racism is, and how to stand against racial injustice.
The special event featured clips from the following PBS KIDS series to facilitate the conversation:

- Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum: "I Am Rosa Parks"
- Arthur: "Arthur Takes a Stand"
