Patrick is the husband of Nigel Ratburn. They are married in the episode "Mr. Ratburn and the Special Someone". He sells gourmet chocolate at Patrick's Chocolates in Elwood City.
Personality
Patrick is friendly, and knows how to interact with children, as shown when he welcomes Arthur and Francine into his shop, gives them some samples, and helps them out with their scheme to set Mr. Ratburn up with Ms. Turner. He has a bit of a mischievous streak to him, knowing full well the kids' matchmaking scheme involving his fiancé will not work, but going along with it.
He is also an expert with chocolate, experimenting with flavors in his shop and convincing prospective customers to buy by letting them try his creations for free.
