Paul-Stuart Brown was a voice actor who voiced the Brain for a period of time on Arthur. In season 9, he split the voice acting job with Alex Hood, but in season 10 and 11, he voiced all of Brain's appearances. He also voiced the Brain for a brief period on Postcards from Buster, but Hood was credited for voicing Brain instead.
