Paul Jacobs is a songwriter. He along with his wife Sarah Durkee wrote "Manager of My Dreams" and "Nothing But the Music" for Arthur - It's Only Rock 'n' Roll.
He and Durkee are also known for writing and performing songs on fellow GBH show Between the Lions and Sesame Street.
