The pet store owner works at the pet store in Elwood City.
In "The Master Builders", Francine and Muffy want the owner to sell their self-made Fruffy cat toys. He at first agrees, after the girls manage to get a reaction out of his extremely lazy cat Potato. However, he changes his mind after the pet toy salesman Buck Benders brings an identical toy on the market.
