He has a cameo appearance in the James Hound movie in "Arthur Makes a Movie." In "Go to Your Room, D.W.", Bionic Bunny meets "the leader of the free world". He appears once more in D.W.'s story in "I'd Rather Read It Myself", where he gives a military funeral for Spanky the eagle.
The President is an aardvark with grey hair. He wears a brownish-black suit and matching pants, and a white shirt. He has an aquamarine handkerchief in his pocket, which matches his tie. He also has a yellow tie-clip.

Behind the scenes[]
- His original televised appearance is based on Bill Clinton, the president at the time of Arthur's premiere. His appearance changes depending on who is currently president. In a later appearance, he is a rabbit-person, similar in looks and speaking accent to George W. Bush, in Buster's fantasy. Most recently in a fantasy of Arthur's, he reverts to his original Clinton-esque appearance, but with a darker complexion, similar to Barack Obama.
