So then D.W. asked and convinced Arthur to make a trial. Then D.W. proved that Tommy stole Bud's cupcake and unfortunately D.W.'s office was gone due to recycling day. |

Summary
A cupcake's been stolen! The primary suspect: Tommy Tibble. D.W. gathers a jury and demands that justice be served.
Plot
