Richard Morris was a character and prop designer for Arthur starting in 1994 with the production of season 1 through season 5 and Arthur's Perfect Christmas in 2000 at CINAR.[1]

As a character and prop designer, Morris' job was to adapt descriptions of characters, outfits and props by illustrating them. The illustrations would then be used as reference by animators of CINAR, AKOM and storyboarders.

- In addition to Muffy's different outfits meant to be used in the musical number "What's the Use of Presents" in Arthur's Perfect Christmas, Morris designed minor characters: Ranger Ruth and who he identifies as "The Boring Tourguide" seen in "D.W. Goes to Washington."
