Rocky Ratburn was a flavor of ice cream the class made in "My Dad, the Garbage Man." Buster was the group leader, and because of him, it included a whole pizza, a bunch of unpeeled bananas, and several other unknown ingredients. Mr. Ratburn called the flavor "unusual", and refused to have more. He thanked Buster anyway, and told him he could have the rest.
