Changes: Siam Yu

Siam Yu was the voice actor of Brain for a period of time on Arthur for Brain from 2012-2014. He voiced all of the Brain's appearances in seasons 16 and 17 , and some of his appearances in season 18, which he split with Max Friedman Cole who would later replace him for Season 19.
