The Signore Pelato Barber Shop is a barber shop run by Signore Pelato, who dresses as a clown to interact better with his customers that are children. Unlike the Salon de Beauté, the whole barber shop is child-themed with bright colors and seats in the shape of vehicles and animals.
It is first seen in "D.W., Queen of the Comeback," where D.W. gets her hair cut, although Pelato accidentally cuts the wrong part. Pelato mentions that the Tibbles had also gotten their hair cut at his barber shop.
