Spanky as a bald eagle in D.W.'s imagination
Spanky was D.W.'s pet parakeet who passed away in his only appearance in So Long, Spanky. Although it was his only true appearance, he has not appeared in episodes that are prequels to that one, but was shown in D.W.'s imagination as a bald eagle in I'd Rather Read It Myself.
Appearance and Personality
Spanky is a parakeet who is light blue on top and dark blue on the lower part of his body, and his beak and feet are yellow.
Before he passed away, Spanky was shown to act rough around Arthur and would bite his fingers and eat his crayons.
