Arthur's Teacher Trouble title card

The title card says "Arthur's Teacher Trouble". Where did "Arthur and the Real Mr. Ratburn" come from?

If I'm correct, the episode was named "Arthur's Teacher Trouble" on the title card, yet was officially listed by PBS as "Arthur and the Real Mr. Ratburn" on descriptions and press releases and stuff. --Muppetfan (talk) 19:18, November 9, 2012 (UTC)

Ratburn

I don't know how to add it to the wiki page's info...

The Shining Cultural Reference?[]

When Buster, Francine, and Arthur are repeating the word "Ratburn" I think this is a nod to "Redrum" from The Shining. What do others think?
