Jesse Vinet (born February 11, 1989) is a Canadian former voice actress who voiced Rae in the Arthur episode, "The "A" Team".
Vinet worked in voice acting from 1996 to 2011, and currently lives in Singapore with her husband Jin Yan Chay, working for Ubisoft. She has been a regular voice of Caillou's sister Rosie on the PBS Kids series Caillou starting in Season 3 (she was previously voiced by Brigid Tierney, the actress who voiced Jenna) and was also the voice of Sagwa's sister Sheegwa on Sagwa the Chinese Siamese Cat with fellow Arthur voice actress Holly G. Frankel (Fern) who was Sagwa, and several other Arthur cast members. Vinet's other roles have included voices on programs such as The Tofus and Creepschool.[1]
