The Secret Story of Mr. Hoskotch is a fan-made book written by Clonetrooperfan2207. It is the first in a series of chapter books titled The Adventures of Elwood City.
Plot[]
Mr. Hoskotch arrives at class, and soon introduces himself. Slink, Molly, and Rattles discuss whether or not he is a vampire, then Slink and Rattles have to stay in from recess for five minutes each. Another student, Michael Trine, laughs, and has to stay in also.
At the Elwood City Library, the kids meet up, and Slink shows up, being chased by pre-schoolers, including James and D.W., because Slink took their garlic. He explains it is for if Mr. Hoskotch finds them. More is soon to come!

- The original title was going to be called The Secret Story of Mr. Ratburn, but it was changed due to the plot being the same as in Arthur and the Real Mr. Ratburn.
