Walter Massey (August 19, 1928 – August 4, 2014) was a Canadian actor, voice artist, and comedian. He was the voice of Principal Francis Haney and Mr. Marco.
The Season 19 episode "Brain Sees Stars" was dedicated to him, the episode Mr. Ratburn's Secret Identity was the final episode that he voiced Mr. Haney The following season, Mr. Haney was written out of the series. According to Ms. Tingley, he had left Elwood City to follow his dream of starting a school in Tanzania, Africa.[1]
