Arthur Wiki

Which ARTHUR Character Are You? is a feature that airs after the "Part B" half of most episodes of Arthur on PBS. It succeeded A Word From Marc Brown.

In this segment, real kids compare how their personalities and characteristics relate to characters on the show.

It starts with a child saying, "Which Arthur character are you?" Another child then says, "I'm a [insert character's name], because [insert characteristics]". (Examples: "I'm D.W. because sometimes I'm annoying", "I'm Arthur because I'm smart", etc.) Along with the live-action footage, clips from various episodes are used to depict the character traits from the show.

Some of the clips are shown in their international widescreen format, despite those versions of their respective episodes never airing in the U.S. (thus they were cropped to a 4:3 SD format).

This is not to be confused with the Word From Us Kids segment which aired between "Blabbermouth"/"All Grown Up". During this segment, students made posters with Arthur characters and then compared themselves on the 'inside' (their personality) and the 'outside' with the Arthur character they drew.
