Wilbur Rabbit is an actor who plays Bionic Bunny on the show of the same name. Off the set, he wears glasses identical to the ones that Arthur wears, as seen in "Arthur Goes Crosswire" and "Arthur's Eyes." Muffy and Arthur helped him when his yacht's engine broke in "Arthur Goes Crosswire". In the episode "Revenge of the Chip" Wilbur is seen sitting in the audience at the You Do the Most Embarrassing Things show at Wonder World.
